MENTORSHIP APPLICATION

Have you ever enrolled in a mentorship? Required

Program Enrollment and Eligibility Participants must be at least 18 years old to enroll in the mentorship program. Enrollment in the program is open to those who demonstrate a commitment to personal and professional development in the tattoo industry and related business fields. Completion of payment (or adherence to payment plans, if available) is required to secure a spot in the mentorship program. Payment and Refund Policy Full payment, or initial payment if on a payment plan, is due prior to the start of the program. Refunds may be issued at Adam's discretion under extenuating circumstances but are not guaranteed once the program has started. If enrolled in a payment plan, failure to make payments may result in removal from the mentorship program without a refund of prior payments. Intellectual Property All course materials, content, and information shared in the mentorship program are the intellectual property of Adam and Shark of the Ocean LLC and are intended for personal use only. Redistribution, reproduction, or sharing of the content with non-members is strictly prohibited without prior written consent. Confidentiality Mentorship sessions may include the sharing of personal and business-related information by participants and the mentor. Participants are expected to maintain the confidentiality of other participants and any sensitive information discussed in the program. Program Content and Availability The mentorship program includes access to courses on the SKOOL network, as well as exclusive coaching materials created by Adam. Content within the program is designed for educational purposes and should not be considered a substitute for professional advice in fields such as finance, tax, or legal matters. The program is subject to updates or changes at the discretion of Adam, and participants will be notified of significant updates to course materials. Disclaimer of Professional Advice Adam is not a certified financial planner, tax advisor, or CPA, and any advice on tax, finance, or LLC structuring is based on his personal experience as a business owner. Participants should consult a qualified professional for personalized tax or financial advice. Code of Conduct Respectful, constructive interactions are expected between all participants and Adam. Disruptive, disrespectful, or abusive behavior may result in removal from the program without refund. Limitation of Liability Participants agree that Adam and Shark of the Ocean LLC are not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or harm arising from participation in the mentorship program or reliance on its content. Participation is entirely voluntary, and the participant assumes full responsibility for their actions following advice or instructions provided in the program. Termination of Access Adam reserves the right to terminate access to the mentorship program for any participant who fails to adhere to these terms and conditions, without refund. Termination may also occur if there is a failure to comply with payment plans or the code of conduct. Agreement and Acknowledgment By enrolling in the mentorship program, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
